This report is a synthesis of three watershed case-study assessments conducted by GCRP to advance the capability of management decisions. The report compares and contrasts methods and processes employed by the three case study teams to learn effective analytic, project management, and decision support approaches. To advance the capability of managers to consider climate and land use change in watershed management decisions.

The goal of this report is three-fold: (1) to understand the potential impacts of global changes and the availabiltiy of effetive responses at the watershed scale across different geographic regions, (2) to learn how GCRP and other research programs might improve the process of conducting future assessments, and (3) to improve GCRP's and other research programs' understanding about effective ways to inject climate change impacts and adaptation information into decision making processes.
