Within the "Search" function, you can save your output in either Excel (Condensed or Full) or Delimited formats by selecting the green "Export as..." button. The Condensed format condenses the number of columns by summarizing the minimum and maximum values from multiple fields in a separate column rather than in discrete columns (field: Summary of Additional Parameters) leaving only the mean values in discrete columns. The report will be saved as either Aquatic or Terrestrial depending on selected output. All or some of the extracted fields can be exported by first selecting "Customize Output Fields" button, then click on "Select All" or clicking on any additional fields to display in search results. All updated fields will be displayed in the output table.
Note: To print a report, you must first export output to Excel or delimited file. You cannot print directly from the HTML output.
Using the "Explore" function, you can export the results from the Group Summary records or Distinct Records to CSV format by selecting the green "Export CSV" button.
You can view results on a 'Scatter Plot' View by clicking the graph button on the right side of the upper banner. Export the information on the scatter plot by clicking the green "Export" button. The table can be saved as a CSV or the chart can be printed.
Click the buttons above the graph to change the parameters that get displayed in the plot. Hovering over individual data points will display specific information on that data point. If you click on an individual data point on the graph you will be brought to that point on the table below the plot.
To zoom in on the scatter plot, click and drag your mouse over the particular area you want to zoom in on. You can further filter which data you want to be displayed on the scatter plot using the legend. By clicking to select or deselect items in the legend, you will filter which data gets displayed. The lighter colored or greyed-out items in the legend do not get displayed. To reset the scatter plot to settings after zooming, click the Reset option in the pink ribbon below the graph.
