This category addresses federal facilities, which, just like their non-government counterparts, are subject to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)/ Superfund statute. EPA issues policy and guidance documents to implement EPA's responsibilities in overseeing Superfund cleanups at federal facilities.
