This model is for use by EPA staff when negotiating a remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS) administrative settlement agreement and order on consent (ASAOC) statement of work (SOW) The SOW is the technical attachment to the ASAOC, which sets forth the procedures and requirements for implementing the [insert] under the ASAOC.
