This model is for use by EPA staff when negotiating a remedial design administrative agreement and order on consent (RD ASAOC) statement of work (SOW). The SOW is the technical attachment to the ASAOC, which sets forth the procedures and requirements for implementing the remedial design under the ASAOC.
