Sample trust agreement for use as a financial assurance mechanism in a CERCLA unilateral administrative order. In general, through trust agreements, potentially responsible parties (PRPs) establish trust funds to facilitate cleanup work required by orders. This sample may also be used for standby trusts that accompany surety bonds, letters of credit, and corporate guarantees in the order context.
