Lake Doctors, Inc. {LDI} was illegally applying pesticides to aquatic areas in a manner inconsistent with the labels directions.

The Corporation was indicted for mail fraud and FIFRA labeling violations. All of the individual defendnats were charged in informations with FIFRA labeling violations. The company and the individuals all pled guilty to the charges filed against them and were sentenced as follows: The company was sentenced to 60 months probation, 1000 hours of community service and fined $100,000.00. Williams was sentenced to 60 months probation, of which three months will be in community confinement and six months of house arrest. He was also ordered to perform 750 hours of community service and was fined $20,000.00. Semago was sentenced to 30 months probation, 300 hours of community service and fined $5,000.00. The remaining defendants were all sentenced to six months probation, 50 hours of community service and all were fined $500.00.
