Formula 9.4E-1*S
Notes All sulfur in the fuel is assumed to be converted to SO2. S=percent sulfur in the fuel. Emission factor based on an average natural gas heating value (HHV) of 1020 Btu/scf at 60 deg. F. To convert from (lb/MMBtu) to (lb/10^6 scf) multiply by 1020. Also, this emission factor may be converted to other natural gas heating values by multiplying the given emission factor by the ratio of the specified heating value to the average heating value of 1020 Btu/scf.
