Description:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Geological Survey, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers worked together to create a Digital Atlas of Lake Texoma. The Digital Atlas of Lake Texoma contains 29 digital map data sets covering Cooke and Grayson Counties in Texas, and Bryan, Carter, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, and Pontotoc Counties in Oklahoma. These data sets were compiled for use in a project by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, National Risk Management Research Laboratory, titled "Development of Protocols and Decision Support Tools for Assessing Watershed System Assimilative Capacity in Support of Risked-Based Ecosystem Management and Restoration Practices." Data sets in this report were compiled for use in a specific project, but may be of value to other interested parties, such as the general public, private industry, schools, and other local and federal government agencies.
