Impact/Purpose:

To provide expert advise on characterization of fractured rock and steam injection.

Participants in the project include the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, EPA Region I, the Air Force, EPA's Office of Research and Development, and SteamTech Environmental Services. In addition, expert advise on characterization of fractured rock and steam injection was provided by researchers from Queen's University and the University of California ? Berkeley.
