Description:
A GIS based targeting methodology which uses multi-media state and federal regulatory data to identify watersheds in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico that are vulnerable to environmental damage and/or have high chemical emissions to the environment. The assessment also addresses socio-economic and regulatory compliance issues. Model results are used for targeting of Region 6 industries for compliance assistance and enforcement .
