Description:

The Paso del Norte Summer Ozone Study was designed to evaluate potential control strategies for their efficacy in reducing ozone and carbon monoxide concentrations in the El Paso-Ciudad Juarez-Sunland Park international airshed of Texas, New Mexico, and Chihuahua. A field study in 1996-1997, meteorological modeling in 1998-2000, and photochemical air quality modeling in 2000 were conducted to meet these objectives.
