1998 National Health Interview Survey data were stratified by age, race, and gender and projected onto Chicago Public Schools demography from the Department of Education's Common Core of Data for the same year. The results were brought into an address matched Geographic Information System of schools for visual interpretation. An initiative is under way to project the data onto a national set of schools.
