Description:
Guidance will address the following issues: 1) methodology for calculating light extinction from monitored aerosol data, including relative humidity correction factors for sulfate and nitrate, 2) protocols for data completeness, 3) calculating annual values for the 20% worst and best days, and 4) calculating 5-year baselines values for 2000-2004.
