Description:

CAMD performs a variety of economic modeling analyses to evaluate the impact of air emissions control policies on the electric power sector. A range of tools are used for this purpose including linear programming models, general equilibrium models, and spreadsheet models. Examples of policies analyzed include the NOx SIP Call and multi-pollutant control policies like the Administration's Clear Skies Initiative.
