Description:
TTB uses a variety of technology transfer products and tools to communicate risk and information about technologies and research. TTB has begun a project to use EPA's generic Customer Satisfaction Survey Information Collection Request (ICR) to determine satisfaction with their products. The ICR was adapted to meet TTB needs, specific questions were designed to determine if TTB products and tools met intended goals and objectives. The focus group provided feedback on the TTB Customer Satisfaction Survey Request.
