Description:
This will be an informal lecture to introduce and describe some recent research efforts and results in the Great Lakes and other regions of interest. Examples will highlight several local, regiional, and nationally important issues relating to stressors of aquatic ecosystems. The presentation will highlight some environmental trends and stimulate discussion on directions for research, monitoring, and environmental assessment.
