Description:
Bloomington Creek (16010201) drains a small watershed in Bear Lake County. A phosphate mine and mill have been proposed for the Bloomington area. This study was conducted to provide background water quality data on Bloomington Creek. 21 parameters were sampled bi-weekly for 1 year at 4 water quality stations. Fecal and total coliform bacteria were significantly higher below the town of Bloominton than at the 3 upstream stations. These were the only significant differences among the data. Perry, J and B.
