Description:
The publication is the user's manual for 3.xx releases of REFEREE, a general-purpose bibliographic database management program for IBM-compatible microcomputers. The REFEREE software also is available from NTIS. The manual has two main sections--Quick Tour and References Guide--and a glossary, three appendixes, and an index. Quick Tour provides information sufficient to enable a new user to install and experiment with the program. Reference Guide provides detailed information about REFEREE databases, records, and fields; the primary command available to the user; and the most common sources of unexpected program behavior.
