Description:

Benthic nematodes were sampled at 16 sites on two streams to investigate the relationships of nematode community structure to various water quality factors. A prominence value for each species was calculated for use in three-dimensional community ordination. Species composition of the sites, nematode density, and species interaction with certain physico-chemical factors were significant in determining the pattern, or clustering, of the sites in the ordinations.
