Description:

The United States-Japan Ministerial Agreement of May 1974 provided for the exchange of environmental information in several areas of mutual concern. This report is the compilation of papers presented at the Fourth U.S.-Japan Experts' Meeting on the Management of Bottom Sediments Containing Toxic Substances, one of the 10 identified problem areas.
