Description:

Data includes locations of facilities from which pollutants are discharged. The epapoints.tar.gz file is a gzipped tar file of 14 Arc/Info export files and text documents. The .txt files define the attributes located in the INFO point coverage files. Projections are defined in the coverages. The file madcodes.txt describes the MAD codes, or Method Accuracy Descriptors, which are included in some of the coverages. The coverages ending in _ak are for Alaska. The others are for Washington, Idaho, and Oregon together in one coverage.
