TRIBUTARY AND MAINSTEM WATER QUALITY MONITORING OF THE MIDDLE SNAKE RIVER

Description:

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Environmental Quality conducted water quality sampling in the mainstem and major tributaries of the Snake River between Twin Falls Reservoir and Upper Salmon Falls Dam. Sampling was conducted at nine river mainstem stations and six tributary stations for four years from 1992 to 1995, in support of the State of Idahos Nutrient Management Plan. Measurements included flow, nutrients, and the standard suite of physical and chemical water quality parameters.
