Impact/Purpose:

This presentation provides a high level introduction to SWMM for the audience interested in the Green Infrastructure Modeling Toolkit.

Description:

SWMM is a model for urban hydrology. It has a long history and is relied upon by professional engineers in the US and around the world. SWMM provides both gray and green Infrastructure modeling capabilities. As such, it is a convenient tool for understanding the tradeoff between gray and green stormwater management strategies and for developing effective hybrid solutions.
