Description:

Chlorinated naphthalenes (chloronaphthalenes) comprise a group of compounds used for a variety of industrial purposes such as oil additives for cleaning sludge and petroleum deposits from engines, impregnating automobile capacitors, and electroplating stopoff compounds. This paper describes studies on effects and uptake of three commercial mixtures of chlorinated naphthalenes in marine unicellular algae.
