Description:
This three-volume report describes the development and implementation of a management analysis and report system (MARS) in the Tampa, Florida, Water and Sanitary Sewer Departments. MARS will help both the Water and Sanitary Sewer Departments control costs and manage expanding service requirements more effectively and efficiently. Volume III, primarily a system analyst's/programmer's guide, contains the source code for all computer programs in Tampa's MARS.
