The report summarizes and communicates the results of EPA’s Climate Change Impacts and Risk Analysis (CIRA) project. The goal of this project is to examine and communicate the benefits of avoiding or reducing climate change in the U.S. The CIRA Report summarizes peer reviewed analyses. CIRA analyses are not focused on a particular policy or action.
