Impact/Purpose:

To participate in the Workshop on Environmental Aspects of Coal Ash Utilization of Israel's National Coal Ash Board (NCAB, to be held in Israel, on 11 – 12 December 2012. Organizers are paying my travel costs and requesting that I provide assistance in how the Leaching Environmental Assessment Framework was used in the U.S. to charcterize coal combustion residues. They are also interested in update in getting the methods incorporated into SW-846.
