ACID RAIN AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Citation:

Jacobson, J. ACID RAIN AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, D.C., EPA/600/J-81/679.

Description:

The acid rain problem is a controversial subject that encompasses scientific, economic, and political issues. Despite the numerous popular articles, technical meetings, and large sums of money spent for research, we seem to be no closer to a solution of the problem than we were a year ago. This report contains some contrasting views of the acid rain problem.
