Description:
This is a report on a planning conference to develop a protocol for a study on the impact of oxidant air pollution from an urban area on a forest ecosystem and recreational area. The conference was held July 21-23, 1971 at the Arrowhead Conference Center in California to discuss procedures to follow in developing a broad, interdisciplinary study of the effect of air pollutants on the total ecosystem of a western mixed conifer forest.
