Description:

SMARTe's "My Project" is intended to allow stakeholders to work together in a project "team room" and evaluate different reuse options for their specific situation. "My Project" is a password protected version of SMARTe. This personal SMARTe site has pull down menus for access to information and resources to help bring a revitalization project to fruition and has clickable icons that provide quick access to various tools, and databases. The "My Project" component of SMARTe provides an interface that: (a) allows you to input cost and income information to prepare a simplified assessment of the financial viability of your revitalization project; (b) provides access to saved results from tools and uploaded documents from previous SMARTe sessions; (c) provides a repository of information and documents for your project; (d) allows you to compare revitalization options; and (e) helps you to prepare a revitalization plan based on your inputs.
