Description:
Estuarine Ecosystem Services research will develop the tools and approaches for estimating the effects of habitat alteration on important ecosystem services associated with tidal wetlands of the Pacific Northwest. Research will focus on highly valued services such as healthy fish, shellfish, and wildlife populations, and will evaluate the likely changes in terms of these and other ecosystems services resulting from impacts of current and future alternations of tidal wetland habitats.
