EPA's Global Change Research Program is pleased to announce the publication of the Great Lakes Regional Assessment, conducted as part of the First U.S. National Assessment. The peer-reviewed assessment report is entitled, Preparing for a Changing Climate: The Potential Consequences of Climate Variability and Change Great Lakes Overview. The assessment examines the potential consequences of climate change on regional agriculture, forestry, water and land ecology, water resources, and quality of life.
