Description:
Manuscript is a critical review of the state of the science for quantifying exposures of terrestrial wildlife species to chemical contamination. It describes the unique aspects of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and threatened and endangered species. Fate and transport of contaminants are discussed within the context of how it pertains to exposure to wildlife species. The uncertainties of wildlife risk assessments are discussed. Finally, recommendations for areas of research are made.
