Description:
A development workshop for Watershed Central was held in Atlanta, Georgia, January 8-10, 2007. Participants in the workshop included representatives of EPA’s Office of Water, Office of Environmental Information, Office of Research and Development, and several Regional Offices. The workshop was designed to hear from those stakeholders that are involved in watershed management planning, including EPA Regions, State and local agencies, tribal agencies, and non-government organizations (NGO). There were over 70 participants in the workshop, including over 30 participants from the Regions, state, local, and tribal agencies, and NGOs. This CD contains a majority of the materials provided to the participants in hardcopy, through oral presentations, and breakout group reporting. The CD will be distributed only to those participants in the workshop. No further distribution is expected, as Watershed Central development website is being developed where this information will eventually reside.
