Description:
EPA has created the Environmental Technology Verification program to provide high quality, peer reviewed data on technology performance. This data is expected to accelerate the acceptance and use of improved environmental protection technologies. The Greenhouse Gas Technology Center and ECR Technologies evaluated ECR¿s EarthLinked Ground-Source Heat Pump Water Heating System¿s performance in a commercial setting. The system is expected to significantly reduce energy consumption when compared with electric water heating systems, and thus have a beneficial impact on pollutant emissions.
