This presentation was given at the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Inter-American Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering Seminar on Emerging Environmental Protection Technology in San Juan Puerto Rico on September 30, 2005. This keynote address was focused on the next generation of environment protection technology which EPA is developing in house, as well as the technology which is being developed by academic and the private sector with EPA's assistance.
