The USACE Division and District Boundary data contains the delination of Corps Division and District boundaries. District and Division Boundaries are based on the US political and watershed boundaries. In the mid 1990's, WES created the file by digitizing the 1984 Civil Works Activities Wall Map. The file was updated in 1998 by TEC for use in the DPN and to update the Wall Map. For boundary verification, It was mailed to each District/Division office. Verification and corrections were made by TEC while updating the 1984 Civil Works Activities Wall Map.
