Description:
The ef layer in ESDLS for the Virgin Islands provides a point coverage of EPA-regulated facilities from the LDIP_EF_COVERAGE_SRC table. The LDIP_EF_COVERAGE_SRC table is located within the Locational Reference Tables (LRT) contained in the Envirofacts (EF) Oracle Database. Facility data from various EPA program system tables are loaded into the LDIP_EF_COVERAGE_SRC table. Only data with preferred latitude/longitude values for each facility are loaded into the table. The ef layer contains data from the following EPA program systems: AFS - Aerometric Information Retrieval System (AIRS) Facility Subsystem PCS - Permit Compliance System TRIS - Toxic Release Inventory System CERCLIS - Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Information System RCRIS - Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System NCDB - National Compliance Data Base FFIS - Federal Facility Information System SSTS - Section Seven Tracking System PADS - PCP Handler Activity Data System
