Description:
The presentation provides information on the removal of arsenic with either nitrate, uranium, radium, radon and antimony as a co-contaminant. The technologies discussed as having the capability of removing arsenic and one of the other contaminants are reverse osmosis, anion and cation exchange, coagulation/filtration, iron removal and adsorptive media. The only technology that has the capability of removing all of the contaminants, except for radon gas, is reverse osmosis.
