Description:
This data collection system collects uniformly-defined information for the major BPHC grant programs. The system yields consistent information on patient characteristics and clinical conditions. The UDS provides data on services, site locations, delivery methods, staffing, client characteristics, and financing. The unit of analysis is the grantee. Seven hundred and fifty-seven grantees submit information directly to HRS
