GROUNDWATER RECHARGE/DISCHARGE, NEUSE RIVER WATERSHED, NC
Description:
The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Water Quality and Groundwater Section, in cooperation with the NC Center for Geographic Information and Analysis, developed the Groundwater Recharge/Discharge digital data to enhance planning, siting and impact analysis in locations directly affecting areas where groundwater feeds continuously into streams during dry periods, predominantly marshes and high aquifers.
