Acclimations is the bi-monthly newsletter of the U.S. National Assessment process. It is published by the U.S. Global Change Research Program and intended to provide the public with updates on the First U.S. National Assessment. The First Assessment is examining the potential consequences of climate variability and change for the United States. It will provide a detailed understanding of the consequences of climate change for the nation and will examine the possible coping mechanisms that exist to adapt to climate change.
