2006 Environmental Training Institute for Small CommunitiesOverview For the seventh consecutive year, the National Environmental Services Center (NESC) is hosting the Environmental Training Institute for Small Communities© in Morgantown, West Virginia. Participants come from around the region and country to learn about drinking water, wastewater, utility management, and financial issues as they relate to small and rural communities. The Institute has garnered a reputation for being both informative and enjoyable. Courses pertaining to water security include:
