Emergency Response Planning (ERP) SeminarOverview You've completed your Vulnerability Assessment - now what? The next step is to provide EPA with certification that your utility has completed an Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Emergency response plans are required under the Bioterrorism Act of 2002. Each utility will need to incorporate the results of their Vulnerability Assessment into an existing or new ERP. All utilities must also certify to USEPA that the emergency response plan is completed six months after completion of the vulnerability assessment. With this new seminar, you'll learn from experts with practical experience developing these plans and putting them into effect. This is your opportunity to be trained on the elements that go into this critical plan and how to effectively implement it. Intended Audience: Water and wastewater utility managers; Water and wastewater utility safety and security personnel; and Anyone involved in utility emergency response planning.
