  Description: This project is funded under a Water Quality Cooperative Agreement and expands an existing onsite system management district to address alternative onsite technologies and expand public education efforts. Counties covered include Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan, Camden, Washington, Tyrrell, Hertford, Gates, and Currituck.
