Wastewater Information System Tool (TWIST) - TWIST is a new aid for managing onsite and clustered (decentralized) wastewater treatment systems. Available on CD ROM, it is an adaptable tool for tracking and managing onsite and other clustered wastewater treatment systems. It's designed to track information related to homes and facilities served, permits, site evaluations, types of systems, inspections, and complaints. Septic and Decentralized Wastewater Systems Program Strategy
Guidelines for Developing Septic System Management Programs Guidelines and General Guidance - Provides links to documents that address important topics such as how to start a septic system management program and septic system design manuals. Grants/Funding Sources of Grants and Funding - Provides links to a variety of funding sources to help a community plan, implement, and maintain a managed septic system program. A community may obtain funds to determine the service area, conduct an environmental review, and evaluate design alternatives.
