Abstract

Standards of performance to control emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from new and reconstructed synthetic fiber production facilities are being promulgated under the authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. This document contains a detailed summary of the public comments on the proposed standards (47 FR 52932), responses to these comments, and a summary of changes to the proposed standards.
