This 2002 Progress Report updates the key Acid Rain Program data reported in the 2001 Progress Report. This update includes: emission levels; compliance with the sulfur dioxides and nitrogen oxides components of the program; sulfur dioxides allowance market information; and status and trends in acid deposition and related air quality. |
