| Abstract |
The objective of this project is the issuance of a New Source National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for wastewater discharge from the proposed Alaska Petrochemical Company (ALPETCO). ALPETCO proposes to build a new refinery and petrochemical facility to process 150 thousand barrels per day of Alaskan North Slope crude oil to supply the west coast petroleum fuels market. Other facilities would include a products shipping dock, the industrial wastewater treatment plant and an onsite power plant. |
